@Uptime provides white-label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs, enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading UK based MSP who will provide further training in order to assist the successful candidate in increasing their technical knowledge.
Living in the Colombo area is a distinct advantage, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd Line support to a large client base (SME). Being able to act as a skilled point of escalation is key. An MSP background is preferred. For this role, it is vital that English language skills, both written and verbal, are at a very high level.

Please note that this role will require an engineer to work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern
