About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using Halo PSA, Datto RMM, Hudu, and other MSP tools.
- Design and implement automation solutions for clients using n8n as the primary automation platform.
- AI & LLM Integration.
- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and others to enhance processes.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to train, fine-tune, and create instruction sets.
- Develop and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
- API Integrations.
- Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs to streamline workflows.
- Consultancy.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on automation strategies and AI adoption.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in MSP environments and familiarity with PSA/RMM tools.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Roost.ai or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools.
- Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing consultancy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in MSP environments.
